Delivery area
We only deliver to addresses in Germany and Austria. Delivery to other countries is currently not possible. Parcel lockers and P.O. boxes can [only be served if supported by the selected shipping product].

The order value is the sum of the item prices including VAT, after discounts and excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are charged once per order, regardless of weight and number of items.
No additional customs duties apply to deliveries to Austria; Austrian VAT is included in the price and shown during checkout.
Delivery time and dispatch
We usually dispatch your order within [1–2 Werktage] after receipt or release of payment. The delivery time after dispatch depends on the selected shipping method (see table). The stated delivery times are non-binding estimates; a delivery date given during checkout or in the order confirmation is binding where one is specified.
Shipping is carried out by DHL. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number.
If individual items of your order are not available, we will inform you without delay. We may make partial deliveries where reasonable for you; this does not incur additional shipping costs.
Payment methods
Payments are processed by our payment service provider Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Limited, Ireland). Which of the following payment methods are offered to you may depend on your country, your device and the order value. You see the available methods during checkout.
- Credit / debit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard): charged when you place the order.
- Apple Pay and Google Pay: payment with the card stored in your wallet; charged as for card payments.
- PayPal: you are redirected to PayPal to approve the payment and then returned to us; charged when you place the order.
- SEPA direct debit: you give us a SEPA direct debit mandate. The amount is collected from your account after the order is placed; you receive the pre-notification by e-mail [at least 1 day before collection]. If a direct debit is returned (e.g. insufficient funds), we may pass on bank charges only in the amount actually incurred, where you are responsible for the return.
- Klarna (e.g. “Pay later / invoice”, “Instalments”, “Pay now”, where offered by Klarna for your order): payment is processed by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sweden. Whether and which Klarna option is offered to you is decided by Klarna following a credit assessment; Klarna’s payment terms, shown to you during checkout, apply. With “invoice” and “instalments” you pay Klarna within the periods or in the instalments stated there.
When is my payment charged?
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal: when you complete your order (“Place order and pay”). [Alternative: authorisation at order, capture on dispatch – to be decided by Walid.]
- SEPA direct debit: after the order is completed, following the pre-notification [usually within 2–5 working days].
- Klarna: according to the terms of the Klarna option you selected (e.g. with “invoice”, within the payment period stated by Klarna after dispatch).
If a payment fails or is charged back, we may withhold delivery until the amount has been settled or withdraw from the contract (see terms and conditions).
Refunds
We make refunds (e.g. after a withdrawal) using the same means of payment you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. For Klarna, the refund is offset against your Klarna payment.
Invoice
You will receive an invoice by e-mail as a PDF after dispatch. You can also download it from your customer account (if you have one).
