Submit your withdrawal
How withdrawal works
- Enter your name, your order number (from your order confirmation) and the e-mail address to which we should send the acknowledgement of receipt. If you only want to withdraw from part of the order, select the relevant items. If you select nothing, you withdraw from the entire order.
- Check your details and click “Confirm withdrawal”. Your withdrawal declaration is only submitted to us when you click this button.
- We will promptly send you an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail.
Your acknowledgement of receipt
After you click “Confirm withdrawal”, we will promptly send you an e-mail (on a durable medium). It contains the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time we received it. Please keep this e-mail as proof.
Your withdrawal declaration is deemed to have been received in time if you sent it through this function before the withdrawal period expired. If you do not receive an acknowledgement, please check your spam folder and contact us.
Other ways to declare your withdrawal
You can also declare your withdrawal unequivocally by other means, for example
- by e-mail to [kontakt@bloomda.de],
- by post to [FIRMENNAME GmbH], [Straße Hausnummer], [PLZ] [Ort], Deutschland,
- by telephone on [+49 000 0000000] (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm (CET)) – please note that in a dispute you would have to prove that an oral withdrawal reached us, or
- using the model withdrawal form in the instructions on withdrawal.

Privacy
To process your withdrawal we process the data you enter (name, e-mail address, order number, selected items and message, if any) as well as the date and time of receipt. For details see the privacy policy.
